1. Student Service Centre: IGNOU has established Student Service Centers in different cities across India, where students can go for assistance with admission, examination, and other queries related to their courses.

SSC acts as a link between the University and the learner. In order to close the gap between the organization and the learner, SSC works to give the appropriate information at the appropriate time, facilitate and offer support services for the diverse learner population, and resolve grievances at every level. SSC receives inquiries and complaints in a variety of ways, including mail, in-person visits, emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and online portals including the PG Portal, UGC Portal, RTI-MIS Portal, iGRAM Portal, INGRAM Portal, National Scholarship Portal, and e-district Portal, among others.

2. Online support: IGNOU provides online support to its students through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Students can also access various online resources such as study materials, assignments, and past question papers through the university’s website.

5. Workshops and training programs: IGNOU organizes workshops and training programs for its students to help them acquire new skills and enhance their knowledge.

6. Placement support: IGNOU provides placement support to its students through its placement cell. The placement cell helps students find suitable job opportunities after they complete their courses.
